Executive Coaching & Change Management Consulting
With over two decades of organizational development and change management consulting experiences, I partner with my clients to:
Provide practical consulting advisory related to large-scale transformational initiatives, enterprise change management, change implementation readiness, change leadership support (embedded within a project, in an advisory capacity and/or intervention specific).
Facilitate dynamic, group team building activities that incorporate the principles of individual and/or group coaching, healthy leadership and/or higher team performance.
Co-design and facilitate strategic off sites that are interactive, results driven and engaging.
One on One Executive Coaching
Coaching services typically include:
Assessment and debrief of a 360 assessment at (individual leader or group level)
One-on-one coaching sessions; typically twice a month over a six month period (or less depending on client needs)
Leader alignment sessions between leader, sponsor and coach
Co-development of an action plan to help you meet your leadership goals (support your transition to a new role, action plan towards your first 90 days in a new role, optimize your executive presence)
Specific actions assigned between coaching sessions that the leader will complete (for example, reflection questions, targeted reading, journaling or simply working on their developmental plan)
Career & Transitions Coaching
